c - Scan for wireless stations -


i'm developing basic program multicasting frames on wireless network determined stations, based on rules. use lorcon handle injection part, need stations present (both aps , clients).

i've googled lot how this, , found iwlib.h , linux/wireless.h can trick, wasn't able see clear example of how use libs out there.

which of them better purpose? or same thing? if link/post examples of scanning awesome ^^

it looks near impossible, decided grab wireless packets libpcap (pcap/pcap.h), , build list based on headers (src, dst, bssid).

this helped me bit developing: http://www.tcpdump.org/pcap.html
