Testing shipping in new Paypal sandbox -


i'm trying figure out new developer.paypal.com site. can login, make test purchases, , works fine. however, want set various shipping rates (based on order total) , have no idea go on new developer site set shipping rates. can tell me click once login @ developer.paypal.com can set shipping rates testing? appreciated!

if using express checkout or website payments pro, can not set shipping profile within account. these 2 services, have pass sipping amount on in api call. if using website payments standard, can set shipping profile in paypal account. need log developer.paypal.com first, log test sandbox seller account wanting set for. need go profile within test sandbox seller account. on profile, go selling tools. once on selling tools page, see link shipping calculations. page set shipping profiles on.
