jquery - How to draw random lines with CSS to replicate effect -


i'm not sure call effect or how up. want similar. hover on links on navigation bar , you'll see i'm talking about.

it's done through flash. if right click on menu can see it. it's possible similar html/css/css3. javascript framework jquery helpful you.
