Advice on float and position relative/absolute -


hey wondering if out here can suggest more efficient , useful way of arranging elements on web page. should use float property arrange using top bottom left right properties or using position properties better ? , yeah if possible can provide pros , cons.

i'd suggest using grid object, bootstrap grid. save hours of css hacking, use lot , great! 2 simple classes , include can flexible grid resembles old html tables better..
