i'm looking pair programming collegue remotely, , i'm looking best tool achieve this.

ideally i'd prefer remote user have little access possible, , it'd preferrable if monitor actions.

gui access not required, shell enough.

for example, shared tmux or screen sessions work well, if easy setup , secure.
