winapi - Windows 7 Action Center -


i appreciate if can guide me new ms apis necessary modifying/controlling windows 7 action center. need integrate backup notification messages in application backup application in action center. in other words, want windows show backup operation successful after third-party software completes backup operation.

to more specific.... there way treat backup notifications same way security notification/status messages... example after installing anti virus application... virus protection field in action center shows message similar one:

<app name> reports date , virus scanning on.

where <app name> third-party application name.

is there way similar on backup section of action center??.
