Excel - Conditional Formatting till the last column -

i highlight cells 2nd cell last cell has data in given row based on value in 2nd column. able highlight entire row or hardcode last column name. last data column keeps changing user adds new data in last columns(empty cells may there in between - these empty cells should highlighted). please guide me on how highlight cells till last column has data using conditional formatting. thanks, sri.

edit: @chetterhummin, infact in 1 sheet there around 500 accounts various account levels. top parent present in 2nd column, child accounts in 3rd col , child accounts in 4 column etc. totally accounts spread on 10 levels. leaf accounts there in 11th column. need highlight rows in various colors based on account level, i.e in column account present. if accounts present in 2nd column i.e. cell value of 2nd column not empty, need highlight cells(till last data cell) in row in 1 color. , if 3rd column not empty need highlight cells in row till last data col in other color. -hope gives better picture of wanted do.

you need add multiple rules based on last cell , give rule based on lowest level topmost priority , on can see example.

conditional formatting

edit: realize wanted color until last cell has data. i'll leave here fyi or inspiration other answers. not see, @ moment, how achieve trying achieve.
