javascript - Embedded youtube video restarts on resize -


i have youtube video embedded on site, , when iframe embedded in gets resized, youtube video restarts. expected behaviour? there way around it? have been trying youtube js api working no success, prefer not use it.

any ideas?

how minute/second video @ moment of resize reload auto starts on same minute/second?

for example if add @ end of youtube url starts @ minute 1 , 8 seconds:
